Returns & Exchanges – Jewellery
All jewellery pieces are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. Bracelets and necklaces may be exchanged for a change of mind or sizing; however, earrings are strictly non-exchangeable.
All return and exchange enquiries must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging as sent. General returns and exchanges (not warranty-related) require the customer to cover all shipping costs.
Exchanges for items of lesser value will not be reimbursed with store credit or a refund for the price difference. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper handling, or those not returned in original packaging, will be deemed ineligible for exchange and returned to the sender.
Please note that all final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Jewellery Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers faults or defects resulting from manufacturing, not damage caused by accidental use, improper care, or normal wear. Jewellery that is found to be faulty or damaged within 4 months of purchase and requires repair by our jeweller will not incur a return shipping fee. Each case will be assessed individually to determine whether warranty coverage applies.
Damage where no party is at fault may be eligible for a repair, exchange, or refund. Proof of purchase is required, including your order number, receipt, or bank statement.
Our warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage or breakage

Damage caused by chemicals or improper care

The filling tarnishing over time

Misshaping due to wear or misuse
Items falling under these exclusions are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
